RETURN CONDITIONS

OVERVIEW:

  • All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
  • Items should be new without worn, washed, damaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Start the return process by emailing us.
  • Package must be sent to the address that is offered by the email.
  • Customer is responsible for all return charges.
  • Shipping and route shipping insurance are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See the list below.

RETURN POLICY FAQ's

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue, including a photo of the damage/defect with your email. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, or more than 30 days of the purchasing date it will no longer qualify for a return, it will no longer qualify for a return.
  • We are not responsible for buyer's mistakes such as damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

*For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without a return.

  1. Don't like the item;
  2. Not fit as expected without any quality problems;
  3. Shipping status update delay;
  4. Differences/misunderstandings (on products/fabric) which has already been claimed in our description/title;
  5. Placed a wrong order and shipped;
  6. Delivery problems caused by the wrong address by the customer;
  7. Not according to the size chart to choose the size caused by unfit.
